Our first day out!

I hope you notice the title is "our" first day out! After 2 years of snowbirding alone,  Amy is finally able to join me!

It is a bit cold and windy but we are happy to be on our way! Tonight we are staying in the KLA-MO-YA casino parking lot just south of Chiloquin. Free camping and we even get $5 gambling credit on Monday because we're seniors! From here we head to Lakeview for a few days to hang out with Amy's son, Jay, as that is where he deer hunts!

Diamond Lake Campground

We spent 2 days at Williamson River campground near Chiloquin and are now at Diamond Lake. My first time camping here. We have a campsite with a lake view.

No hook ups but there is potable water, flush toilets and showers all for $8 a day after my senior discount.  We can only stay 1 night due to obligations back home but we will be back in the future!
